Job Purpose:
Responsible for organizing and maintaining administrative coordination between the team and different locations. Especially in organizing work schedules, and preparing material presented at executive meetings, and meeting minutes.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate meet-and-greet services for the Company logistical support during travel and meetings.
Serve as the primary liaison between the department and other company departments, ensuring effective communication.
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Manage the department’s budget in consultation with security Director and managers before submission.
Monitor expenses and prepare financial reports.
Provide translation services for departmental communications.
Oversee SAP system requests for the department, including leave applications and expense claims.
Ensure data accuracy within the SAP system.
Perform general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English for translation purposes.
